Hi there! Seems like it's been so long since my last post. Our little Salty Dog is keeping me on my toes and growing like a weed! Now that we are getting into more of a routine I'll slowly be able to reclaim a bit of crafting time (I think). None-the-less, I've been really wanting to play with Stampin' Up!'s "Count On Me" stamp set so I was happy to find the time to do so this week. The little charaters in this stamp set are so stinkin' cute!
My first card is a slimline style card. The images are stamped with memento ink, coloured with Stampin' Blends and mounted onto black cardstock to frame them. A few little embellishments play to the fun feel of the images.
For my second card I stamped and coloured my image the same way but this time I chose to fussy cut it out. I ink blended my background with blender brushes and then spattered some white paint with a fine tip brush. I used dimensionals to adhere the bear and the sentiment for a little added dimension.
Although I'm only sharing two cards today, I did make several more in combination with other stamp sets and papers in my stash. Perhaps another post, another day.
Until next time!
