Happy Wednesday! Today I thought I would share a few fun little cards I whipped up, using the Snail Mail suite collection. How can you not love these sweet little snails right!?!?
For my first card I went with two busy patterns and matted them both with blushing bride cardstock. I coloured in my snail with Stampin' Blends and then, using a white gel pen, added some hand stitching to the border. I think the chalk ink marker would work well for this too if you have it.
For my second card I used a busy pattern on the top half and a more subtle pattern on the bottom. I also cut a smaller strip of a subtle, mainly white pattern to split up the two. I adhere the strip on an angle and then trimmed off the edges. My snail is coloured with Stampin' Blends, and I went with a double matte this time; a small white matte and a larger matte in blushing bride.
