With the encouragement of a good friend I recently joined Stampin' Up! as an Independent Demonstrator, yes.. exciting!! As part of my welcome package I received a free Paper Pumpkin kit. Now I don't know about you but up to this point I had never tried a Paper Pumpkin kit, and it really wasn't on my radar to do so.
Now that I've tried it out however, I completely get the attraction! Helloooo Paper Pumpkin!! This kit was fantastic, truly. It included everything I need to make a total of 6 cards, including a mini ink pad, stamp set and instructions. (You can get an idea of what was included in my kit by the photo above.)
I see how the Paper Pumpkin kits are geared to appeal to card makers of all levels. For beginners you can easily put these cards together following the instructions provided. For more advance card makers you can tweek the designs and incorporate more items from your stash to make them your own. There were actually a few photos of some more detailed card ideas included in the kit.
What really appeals to me is that these kits would be 1. A great way to get the creative mojo flowing again if I feel I'm in a rut, and 2. A FANTASTIC grab and go for when I'm headed up to the cottage for a few days. Everything is put together in one box already!
