Today I played around creating a few slimline birthday cards. I blended some distress oxides onto a 4 x 9 piece of white cardstock and then used slimline dies from Pink Fresh Studios to make my backgrounds.
I then used pattern paper, letter dies and foam adhesive to cut out 'For You' and adhere it to my card. For both cards I used white embossing powder on black cardstock for my secondary sentiment.
For my second card I went with a shaker card design, using acetate sheets behind my background piece and adhering to the card with foam tape. Both cards were finished off with a few clear drops and mini acrylic hearts.
Simple designs, but I love the end results!
