Hi there! A few quick cards to share with you today that feature varies products from the Poinsettia Place Suite Collection from Stampin' Up!
This collection showcases a stamp and die set (or bundle), designer series paper, plush specialty paper, beaded pearls and sheer ribbon. It is nothing short of stunning.
All my cards use very vanilla cardstock as the card base, and all sentiments are stamped in black Memento ink. For the card shown above the poinsettia is fussy cut from one of the designer series papers, and the poinsettia's for the other cards are made using the die set.
The ribbon and gold trim are not part of this suite, but work beautifully with it. They are from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack.
Because I don't actually have the Poinsettia Petals stamp set, I used sentiments from a few other stamp sets I had, like Cherish the Season.
For the leaves I sponged the edges using old olive ink and a finger dauber. I created the pattern on this last pink poinsettia by using an embossing folder. I love the texture it added to the card. Now to add a hand written Christmas message inside and get them in the mail!
